Souza Capital Partners is a private investment office leveraging a curated network of investors to directly pool capital for strategic Real Estate investments.

Initially, our focus was an equity-based model, specifically the acquisition and leasing of multifamily residential properties—often utilized to optimize our W-2 tax positions. The firm has since strategically diversified its investment criteria to seamlessly integrate a debt-based model.

Our current mission is the rapid deployment of pooled capital into value-add Real Estate projects and to provide timely funding solutions to distressed Real Estate Investors and small business owners. My partners and I specialize in this niche, offering Hard Money Loans for Real Estate Acquisitions and Private Credit for local businesses in distress.

We are also actively seeking to partner with other investors who wish to strategically deploy capital into Real Estate acquisitions, rehabs, or ground-up construction projects.

My unique background, which includes dual licensure as a Real Estate Broker and a Mortgage Banker, combined with my prior experience as an industrial service engineer and a successful multi-family real estate general partner, provides a comprehensive, 360-degree view of every deal.
