We place particular emphasis on understanding what can impair the durability of cash flow, including tenant concentration, lease rollover, deferred maintenance, market rent exposure and property-specific risks.

The objective is not to acquire property for the sake of growth. We seek opportunities where the asset and economics justify long-term ownership.
