Our funds and assets are protected by a dual-layered legal strategy. We consult with Anderson Business Advisors as our Corporate Structure Attorneys to manage our private fund compliance ensuring total security and certainty of execution in both Illinois and Florida.

Through our strategic affiliations with Visio Lending (DSCR), we have direct access to the 'capital pipes' necessary to scale. This relationship allows us to move assets seamlessly from high-interest bridge phases into stabilized, long-term debt with preferred terms. In late 2025, we have signed on with A&N Mortgage for residential loans.

Leveraging our affiliation with Keller Williams (FL), we utilize real-time market data to identify 2–4 unit opportunities. This partnership provides the brokerage infrastructure needed to execute high-volume acquisitions with reduced commission friction for our partners. We are currently seeking affiliation with a Chicago based brokerage (IL).

We utilize multiple title agencies and closing attorneys across our core market to ensure title integrity and rapid turnaround times. By internalizing the closing coordination, we remove the delays common in traditional real estate transactions.

To support our private credit operations, we consult with Fortra Law, specialized attorneys focused on federal and state lending laws.
By internalizing high-level document preparation and regulatory oversight, we provide our borrowers with the legal certainty of a commercial bank and the closing speed of a private capital group.
