My background as a Field Service Engineer provided a unique foundation in the procedural and financial complexities of industrial and commercial asset maintenance. Today, I combine that operational discipline with my dual licensure as a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Officer to execute a sophisticated investment thesis focused on bridge loans and small multifamily assets.

Souza Capital is not a retail lender or a bank; we are a private investment group. We are a closed network of professionals who pool internal capital to fund real estate projects designed to optimize our fiscal outcomes. Because of this exclusive model, I do not advertise. I rely entirely on organic networking and high-trust referrals to drive our deal flow.

I actively seek and value strategic partnerships with legal, finance, and real estate professionals, as well as fellow principal investors and boutique developers. While I maintain professional licenses in real estate and mortgages to provide our group with institutional-grade oversight, I do not offer these services to the general public.
