Our Stated Income Loan program offers a streamlined qualification process, allowing borrowers to secure financing without the need for traditional income verification documents. This program is available for a wide range of property types, including multifamily (5+ units), mixed-use buildings, office spaces, retail properties, warehouses, and self-storage facilities.
For commercial real estate, the minimum loan amount is $250,000, while residential investment properties have a minimum loan amount of $75,000. Loan terms can extend up to 30 years, with options for both fixed-rate and interest-only payments.
