Souza Capital has evolved through various market cycles—moving from direct equity to our current debt-focused model—as we developed the ideal structure for W-2 tax mitigation. My background as an Industrial F.S. Engineer provided a strong foundation in the technical and financial complexities of industrial and commercial properties. Today, I combine that operational experience with my dual licenses in Real Estate and Mortgage Brokering to run a tax-optimized investment strategy. Our focus is on bridge loans for rental property rehabs and residential 2-to-4 unit multifamily acquisitions.
Souza Capital is a private investment group, not a retail lender or a bank. We are a closed network of professionals who pool our own capital to fund real estate projects designed to maximize our tax advantages. We do B2B loans secured by Real Estate ONLY. Because we operate this way, we do not have the unlimited funds of a large institution. As a result, we do not advertise; instead, we rely entirely on organic networking and high-trust referrals to drive our investments.

I actively seek and value strategic relationships with legal, finance, and real estate professionals, as well as fellow principal investors and boutique developers. While I maintain professional real estate and mortgage licenses to provide our group with expert oversight, I rarely offer these services to the general public. Instead, I use these credentials to analyze and execute deals for our group, while referring specialized tasks to our trusted network of professionals.
